Service Description: |
For classrooms not equipped with the latest media equipment, the Media Center will loan equipment to support class needs. Equipment will be delived to the classroom. Equipment includes: 35 millimeter slide projectors, TV carts with DVD/VHS players, Robo carts (computer carts with LCD data projectors; a.k.a. robocarts), portable CD players, portable tape player system, portable public address system, and a variety of other AV equipment. Media can also schedule an unlock / relock of a media equipment cabinet or instructor station. |
Policy Description |
Be sure to request equipment at least 24 hours in advance. Equipment supplies are limited. There is no guarantee of availability until a confirmation is issued. Available at Main and North. Most equipment can be reserved in advance for the entire semester; Robo Carts can only be reserved for 3 class periods at a time per course section. Equipment reservations are taken on and first come first served basis. |
