Media Service	Video Conferencing
Request Service	Contact Media Center in-person or by phone: 623-845-3119 (Main) / 623-845-4119 (North)
Cost:	Free - requires faculty or staff authorization. Note: Additional conference fees may apply.
Brief Service Description:	Arrange for video conferencing to support faculty, faculty approved activities, and administrators.
Production Time / Required Lead Time	Requests should be made two weeks in advance of the conference date.
Service avilable to:	Students (with instructor or advisor approval), Faculty, Administrators
Service Description:	Meet with your group across the District or around the world without the cost or hassle of commuting. The Media Center can help you reserve a conference room and arrange to set up the telecom system for your remote meeting.
