If you are experiencing problems accessing a database, make sure that you are logging in with your correct eGCC username and password.

If these are correct, contact the Student HelpDesk, by e-mail (student-helpdesk@student.gc.maricopa.edu) or by telephone (623.845.4357).

When you contact them, provide as much information as possible about the problem, including:

• the database(s) you were trying to access
  
• where you access the database from (on-campus, off-campus)
• time(s) you tried to access the database
• your Internet Service Provider
• your eGCC username
• other circumstances that you feel are relevant
