Collection Description

The LMC at GCC collection includes streaming video from a variety of resources including government sources, PBS Video, and the Films on Demand collection. 

The FMG Films on Demand collection is the largest streaming video collection to which the LMC subscribes, providing access to more than 6000 documentary films.  The collection includes publications from the Films Media Group, Films for the Humanities and Sciences, Cambridge Educational, Shopware, and Meridian Education Corporation.

The Flims on Demand collection is divided into ten broad and 55 minor subject collections for easy browsing. Films may be searched by title or segment. Major subjects include:

The LMC also provides access to GCC productions including audio and video of campus events, promotional clips, etc.
