Request Service	Online Request Form
Cost:	$.50 each Note: Fee must be paid at Cashier's Office and receipt submitted to Media Desk.
Brief Service Description:	Create black & white transparencies (no grey scale).
Production Time / Required Lead Time	Available at time of request.
Service available to:	Students, Staff, Faculty, Administrators
Service Description:	Create transparancies for use on an overhead projector. (Note: Many classrooms provide document cameras which may be a suitable alternative to transparancy projection. Material may also be digitized and projected via the classroom instructor station.)
Policy Description	Transparencies are created at the Main campus by thermofax. Requests can be made at either campus, however, requests from North require additional processing time. Clients must submit a photocopy of the original source. Computer printouts are not acceptable.
