Media Service	Event Set-ups

Cost:	Free - Requires faculty or administrative authorization. Note: Evening and weekend event set-ups may require a fee. Contact media for details.
Brief Service Description:	Request media set-ups for campus events.
Production Time / Required Lead Time	The Media Center requires two weeks notice to schedule campus events.
Service available to:	Students (with instructor or advisor approval), Faculty, Administrators
Service Description:	Provide media support for special events in the classroom or on campus. Media can provide microphones, audio public address system, large TV displays, projection, etc. Videorecording of campus events is also available.
Policy Description	Event set-ups must be coordinated through Student Life. Media equipment will generally be set up 15 - 30 minutes prior to the scheduled beginning of the event and removed shortly after the scheduled closing. Available at Main and North. Note: Evening and weekend event set-ups may require a fee. Contact media for details.
