Duplication and Conversion Services

 Free - client provides approved storage medium.
Brief Service Description:
Copy or convert media materials (i.e. audio or video tape to CD or DVD) between any common digital and analog formats.
Production Time / Required Lead Time
 7 days. 
Service available to:
Students, Faculty, Administrators
Service Description:
Clients may request that media materials (i.e. audio or video tape to CD or DVD) that are required for class or class presentations be converted to any standard format. Common requests include the conversion of VHS or audio cassettes to DVD or CD, the digitization of material for inclusion in a Powerpoint presentation, and the copying of language CDs for foreign language classes.
Policy Description
 The duplication and conversion of material must clearly fall within the Fair Use copyright guidelines or be accompanied by a letter of duplication authorization from the copyright holder. Service is available at Main and North.
