You can submit services and production requests to the Library Media Department by completing the forms online. If you have questions or wish to speak to someone directly about your request, please call 623.845.3119 or stop by the Media Services counter at the east end of the Library Media Center.

Videos/DVDs/Media Reserves Procedure Change, Fall, 2003:
Effective Fall, 2003, all projected media (Videos, DVDs, and Media Reserves) are available at Circulation Services. Materials may be checked out for classroom use, or they may be viewed in the Microforms room adjacent to Circulation Services. Circulation Services is located at the West end of the Library Media Center. Please note the following significant policy changes:

• The Media Center will NO LONGER DELIVER video tapes or DVDs for classroom use.
• Faculty WILL NOW BE responsible for checking out and returning these materials at the Circulation Services counter. Requested media materials may be placed on hold 48 hours in advance of check out.
• Please be advised that a current Glendale Community College ID is required for all library transactions.

Please note: All requests for services or production require at least 24 hours notification prior to the date requested or deadline. Some production requests may require addtional lead time. If you have an immediate need, please contact Media Services directly, by phone or at the service counter.

Media Production Requests:

• Graphics (laminating, transparencies, photography, signs, etc.)
• Video Taping
• Off-Air Satellite Taping
• Duplication of videos, audio cassettes, photographs
• Special Set-ups (for events requiring media equipment)

Media Scheduling - to schedule a set up of media equipment on campus.

Gaucho TV - to place messages on the campus television network.
