Students, faculty, and staff have the ability to borrow items from any of the ten MCCCD colleges. To do so, go to your desired item in the library catalog, then select "Place Hold". After doing so, you will be given options to send your item to the library of your choice. However, if you are not able to find your desired item at another MCCCD college, you may use this form to request this item outside of the MCCCD district. For more information see: http://lib.gccaz.edu/lmc/help/faq/index.cfm#25. Students, faculty and staff can request both books, articles and other items through this form. If you have any questions, please Ask a Librarian.
Both Full-Time and Adjunct Faculty can use this form to request a library instruction session. In a library instruction session, librarians will help instruct your class on how to find and utilize the resources of the library. As well, if you are looking to schedule a class session in the library classroom, you would also use this form.
Use this form if you would like to suggest the library purchase an item (book, magazine, video, etc.) for the collection. All recommendations are welcome.
Use this form if you would like to set up a one-on-one or small group reference consultation. In this consultation, a librarian will help you find resources for your research project and guide you through the research process.
If you are a Full-Time or Adjunct Faculty person, you can request to put items on our reserve shelf in the library. The items put on reserve can be checked out by students for use within the library.
Would you like to give the library some feedback about our services and offerings? Do you have suggestions on ways in which to improve library services? Let us know, by filling through the feedback/suggestions form.
