Study Room Booking Calendar
Study Room Guidelines:
Please note, we have 14 group study rooms and 6 individual or small group study rooms that are available first-come/first-served. Rooms 103A and 103B are the only two available to schedule ahead of time.For information on additional study spaces at the library, please view our study spaces in the library page. - Reservations are required for use by groups of two or more: Room 103A (2-5 STUDENTS) Room 103B (2-6 STUDENTS)
- Reservations are restricted to currently enrolled Maricopa students.
- Students occupying a room without a reservation will be asked to leave if another student has reserved it.
- You must check out the key at the reference desk to access the booked study room. Student ID required.
- Reservations can be made up to one week in advance.
- 2 hours per reservation time limit.
- 4 hours each week per student.
- GROUPS must occupy study room within 15 minutes of reservation start time; failure to do so may result in cancelation of the reservation.
- Study rooms are to be used for course work only.
- Leave the study room neat and whiteboard erased.
- Do not leave the room unattended.
- Groups must adhere to minimum occupancy requirements or they may be asked to leave if room is needed by another group.
After reservation limit is reached you cannot reserve a room in advance until the following week.
