GCC Library Mission, Vision, & Values

Mission:

To empower our community of learners with the skills and resources needed to achieve educational success and thrive in a global society.

GCC Main - John F. Prince Library

The John F. Prince Library is in the center of campus, just east of the central mall, south of High Tech Center 1. The public entrances, including automated doors for disabled access, are on the east and west faces of the building behind the curved shade walls. The library website offers 24/7 "Ask-A-Librarian" live chat to assist students with research.

There are two book drops at the GCC Main campus.
  • One can be found to the left of the doorway at the West Entrance of the Library (LMC)
  • The other can be found on the east side of the HU building, near the cross streets of 59th Ave and Sunnyslope Lane.

GCC North Library & Media Services and Computer Commons

The GCCN Library & Media Services and Computer Commons, known as B or "Beshbito," is located in the center of the GCCN campus, south of the central parking lot. This building also houses the main Computer Commons and the North Technology Service Desk. Along with full library resources, students will find more than 50 computer workstations available here.

The book drop location for the GCC North campus is in the parking area across from the east side of the Beshbito (library) building.
